R BAZAAR works with chefs and caterers so they can thrive and grow their business. We field calls for proposals, work with clients, gather chefs and present a globally blended table for events.

We currently partner with chefs specializing in the following cuisines: Afghan, Colombian, Sudanese, Mediterranean/Middle Eastern, and Thai.

  • Breakfast

    Colombian pandebonos with guava or cheese, Mediterranean breakfast buns stuffed with falafel, feta, halal beef or mixed vegetables, coffee & tea

  • Boxed or Buffet Lunches

    Mediterranean Lunch Box: Chicken Shawarma or Falafel sandwiches, hummus with vegetables and pita chips, baklava or fruit

  • Reception & Heavy Appetizers

    Samosas, Empanadas, Stuffed grape leaves, Pandebonos, Thai Spring rolls, Crab & Cheese Wontons, Samosas and more!

  • Dinner

    Afghan ashak and rice, samosas, Kenyan chicken and quinoa bowls, Thai curries, Colombian marranitas, steak and potatoes, or Mediterranean baba ghanouj and Sudanese stews.
